Combat Kriya is a 90-minute fusion of dynamic functional training, vinyasa flow, and ancient kriya practices designed to awaken your inner power and burn away the bull $hit. This class integrates strength, breath, and intensity into a moving meditation — part primal, part precise, all HEART.
Expect bodyweight sequences, kettlebell and resistance band work, accompanied by deep, rhythmic breath patterns that challenge both the body and the mind. You’ll sweat, shake, and find stillness in the spaces between. Restorative Bhakti Flow
As late November invites us into the quiet embrace of winter, this class encourages you to soften, reflect, and rest in gratitude. Rooted in bhakti—the yoga of devotion and love—we’ll move gently through a few restorative postures, melting into stillness with the support of blankets, bolsters, and pillows. Sound healing and sacred song will enhance our circle, carrying us deeper into the heart. Together we’ll honor the turning of the season with spacious breath, reflection, and heartfelt connection—nourishing body and spirit as we step into the colder months with love and devotion.
Be in Flow ~ Train with your Cycle workshop
Your body is powerful, wise, and built for more than just getting through the day—it’s built for strength, resilience, and adventure. This workshop is an invitation to train in sync with your natural rhythms, honoring both the fire and the flow of your cycle. We’ll explore how to align athletic training—whether it’s trail running, whitewater kayaking, snowboarding, lifting heavy, or agility work—with the phases of your body so you can push hard when the energy is there and recover deeply when it’s time to rest.
Rooted in an earthy, spiritual connection to the cycles of mama earth, this workshop is also for the mamas raising little ones—because staying strong, agile, and embodied isn’t just for the athletes, it’s for all of us who want to show up fully in life, motherhood, and the wild adventures that call us. Winter Solstice Women’s Retreat: Honoring the Light Within the Dark
As the earth settles into her longest night, we gather in sacred sisterhood to honor the stillness, the mystery, and the quiet truths that surface in the dark.
Nestled in a cozy mountain bungalow, this one-day retreat invites you to slow down and soften into presence — to tend your inner flame through restorative therapeutic yoga practice, Ayurvedic yantra practice, nourishing seasonal food and teas, and the healing resonance of sound.
Between shared meals and moments of reflection, you’ll be held in a space that honors both the sacred and the raw — a place to listen, release, and remember the steady light that lives within you.
Optional add-ons in massage and naturopathic aromatherapy are available to deepen your rest and renewal.
Harvest New Moon Women's Circle
Join us in sacred community as we gather under the stillness of the Harvest New Moon — a time of being, witnessing, and release. The New Moon invites us to pause and consider how we wish to move this next cycle, both of the moon and the season.
This circle will weave together journaling, shared discussion guided by group , mindful breath, somatic and energetic revival yoga, and restorative sound healing. Honoring the season of harvest, we will reflect on the growth we have moved with these past few seasons as we approach the slow death and energetic renunciation of winter.
New Moon Ceremony
Join us for a moment of community and connection to the cycles of the natural world. The New Moon is an ideal time for intention setting and reflection as well as releasing anything we do not need to catapult us into our divine uncovering.
This session will include journaling, discussion, mindful breath, yoga infused with somatic and energetic revival, guided meditation + hypnosis. Our theme will mirror the theme for Ladies Night "In Bloom", layered with imagery of cultivating the seeds of awareness to acknowledge all that we are : ENOUGH.

200 HR Yoga Teacher Training
Join in for our inaugural cohort of yoga teacher in the Intentional Vibrations Yoga School. This Yoga School is geared towards Community Health Educators that desire to share the holistic health benefits of yoga to a variety of populations and communities outside of a normal studio space. While teaching outside of a studio is rewarding, it can also pose challenges when translating these practices to different communities. We will equip teachers with evidence informed solutions to guide them into providing an informed, inclusive, and accessible practice.
