✨ once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right ✨

I’ve enjoyed blending the two into intentional training days. 

My typical training schedule is a push-pull-leg split that rolls on an 8-10 day vibe with variations on each re ✨ Second Trimester PULL day vibes ✨

It’s super interesting to focus on all the shifts in my mind body and soul these days. Each day I walk into the gym I definitely notice the shifts in my hips and core as this little human 👽 keeps growing.

One thing I love about Yoga Therapy and Personal Training is working WITH my clients. Our environment, our minds, our bodies, and our spirit are ever ✨Throw back to a clinic work day a few years back 💚 ✨
