INTENTIONAL DISCOVERY SESSION

This session is designed for anyone interested in working together 1:1 and wanting a grounded, personalized starting point.

Together, we’ll explore your goals, current movement/wellness patterns, barriers, needs, and which path may be the best fit for you: yoga therapy, personal training, or a hybrid approach.

This is a supportive, low-pressure space, but it is also a professional session. You’ll leave with clearer direction, grounded next steps, and a better understanding of what kind of support would serve you most.

During this session, we may explore:

  • Your current goals and priorities

  • Movement, strength, stress, pain, energy, or nervous system patterns

  • Barriers around consistency, scheduling, motivation, or recovery

  • Whether yoga therapy, personal training, or hybrid support is the best fit

  • Next steps for working together, if aligned
